Tokens were HMAC(serverId, credentials + client IP). serverId is public
(mDNS, MQTT, /loginContext), so anyone who saw a token could test PIN
guesses offline. The key is now 32 random bytes made on first boot in
their own NVS namespace, which no settings save clears and no backup
holds. It is made before WiFi starts, from the bootloader's entropy
source.
Tokens are compared with tokenMatches, which takes the same time
whatever the guess, on the apikey header, the socket upgrade and
/login.
createAPIToken never freed its mbedtls context, so every token it made
leaked: 563 bytes per login on the device, until it ran out of memory
after about 150 logins. It now frees it: 0 bytes over 500 logins.
Every token made before the upgrade is refused once. The web UI asks
for login again, and Home Assistant 3.0 logs in again by itself.
Closes#80

- The throttle runs on a 64-bit clock in ms (esp_timer_get_time()), so a
slot left alone for 49.7 days isn't brought back by millis() wrapping
round to its old failure.
- Web.cpp turns the client into the throttle's key in one place, and
says that an IPv6 client would share key 0; names are clearer
(retryMs, vacantSlot).
- The shared slot's test now succeeds from the IP counted in it, so a
success that cleared the shared slot would fail it.
- GLOSSARY.md names it the login throttle, with lockouts, and
SECURITY_PLAN.md and ADR 0006 use that name.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
PR C of SECURITY_PLAN.md: after 5 failed /login attempts an IP is refused
for 30 s, and each failure after that refuses it for twice as long, up
to 15 min. A success resets it, as does an hour without a failure.
- LoginThrottle.h holds the schedule and 8 IPs, with the time passed in
so native tests cover it. While all 8 hold recent failures, every
other IP shares one more slot, so many addresses don't each get five
free tries.
- A refused IP gets 429 with Retry-After before its credentials are
checked, so a right guess during a lockout reveals nothing. Home
Assistant retries a 429 instead of asking for new credentials.
- The web UI's login panel shows a 401's or 429's message, where it
popped a service error.
- test/e2e --lockout checks it on a Secured device and waits it out.

- One socket at a time: a socket being replaced is let go without a word,
and connect() or a new token while a reconnect waits opens no second one.
A new token reconnects at once, without a refused.
- Events that came before the schema go as soon as it is whole, ahead of
the sync frames formatted after them, not at syncEnd over newer state.
- A schema's hash counts only once it has come whole, so a sync cut short
gets it again.
- Feeds are subscribed again after a reconnect; an unknown feed is refused.
- A long op refused as busy without its id goes again.
- A sync without repeaters clears them; order changes name their list; a
refused resync is called off.
- refused: a listener can close() to stop the retries, which the UI does
once /loginContext says a login is needed. The client itself can't tell a
refused token from a device that is down.
- localStorage keeps the schema by default. minify.py removes its work
folder even when a bundle fails. ADR 0005 records the two bundles.
- Smaller: ProtoSchema.ROWS/withoutRows, ProtoModel.ITEMS, named type
numbers, unused feeds map and FakeSocket.all gone.

The socket has two modes, None and Secured (ADR 0006), and ignores the
ConfigOnly bit, so the security section no longer reads or saves it.
The HTTP routes keep it until step 4 removes the mode.

- The frequency scan ops and reboot run on loop() like every op (ADR 0005).
endFrequencyScan goes to the front of the loop queue, so it never waits
behind an unpair that waits for the scan to end.
- A security save that leaves the device Secured, or changes its mode,
closes every client, the saver too once its reply has gone. None to None
closes nobody.
- proto must be a radio_proto value; frequency, rxBandwidth and deviation
are checked against what the CC1101 can be set to.
- wifiNetworks sends fewer networks instead of none when they don't fit.
- A client WiFi scan doesn't start while the device joins a network.
- rebootTime is set before reboot; cancelSettingsSave is freeSettingsSave.
- PROTOCOL.md: pins that may be -1, and the fields the routes sent that
moved elsewhere. e2e: the WiFi scan test goes by the connection in use.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Step 1d of the protocol 2 core (docs/SECURITY_PLAN.md).
- getSettings/saveSettings by section: general, network, mqtt, security,
radio. A save is the settings route's request, so loop() applies it with
the settings' own fromJSON(). ProtoSettings checks every field first:
kind, range, string length, IP addresses.
- Secrets are only reported as has*. A security save replies with the
client's new token and closes the other sockets; other saves send
settingsChanged to the other clients.
- scanWifi runs an async scan from ESPNetwork, kept apart from the roaming
scan, and wifiNetworks goes to the clients that asked.
- beginFrequencyScan, endFrequencyScan and reboot run at once on async_tcp,
as their routes do: a scan's end mustn't wait in the loop queue behind an
unpair that waits for the scan to end (new op kind 'a').
- e2e: test_settings.py and a --reboot flag.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- A group's sunSensor and a shade's flags are refused by name: the routes
don't set them.
- setPaired needs paired, and without a shade id it is a bad request.
- groupOptions' payload is parsed in ProtoEdits (parseReadPayload).
- The assembler's mutex is static, so creating it can't fail.
- protoIsReadOp and protoIsShadeOp are gone; the tests use protoOpKind.
- Native tests for missing(), offeredRemoteAddress and the edit ops
against the TYPE table.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
From the review of 7723711:
- The assembler is locked: a client closed for a full queue is closed
by the task that was sending, loop(), whose disconnect dropped the
buffer while async_tcp could be copying into it. A whole message is
taken out of it, so a disconnect can't free it while it is read.
- loop() expires a message stalled for 10 s, freeing its buffer and
telling its client, instead of holding it until another client came.
A binary message is refused before it can touch another's buffer.
- Each edit takes only the fields its route reads; one it would ignore
is refused by name. linkRemote's rolling code goes in under the
route's name, so applyModelEdit is unchanged again.
- An edit refused for an id that doesn't exist replies not found
(edit_result_t::missing). A reply that doesn't fit its buffer goes
as an internal error, so the op still gets one.
- The TYPE table says what becomes of each op (proto_op_t), which the
socket switches on. The reply address is one proto_reply_to_t. The
routes and the ops start and queue an edit the same way
(newModelEdit, submitModelEdit). The full-list texts and the offered
remote address rule live in ModelEditor.
- e2e: the sort order test skips a list that it would renumber.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The edit routes become ops 26-44 (addRoom ... groupSortOrder): ProtoEdits
turns an op's payload into the route's request, full names and real
booleans, and loop() applies it with applyModelEdit() as the route
does. The reply goes to the client that sent it, with an add's new id,
or the route's reason and a shade's validation code; the HTTP routes
keep sending requestResult.
getNextRoom, getNextShade, getNextGroup and groupOptions (45-48) are
answered by loop() from the shade model, through a new LoopQueue item.
Messages that arrive in pieces, a frame over one TCP segment or several
frames, are put back together by ProtoAssembly: one at a time across
clients, up to 4 KB, in a buffer held only while one is on its way.
A message in pieces is now told from its first frame's opcode, which
also stops a fragmented message's last frame drawing a second reply.

From the review of #100:
- setMyPosition on a moving shade replies busy ("The shade is moving"),
and setPositions with only a tilt, for a shade without one, replies
bad request ("The shade has no tilt"). Both said ok before.
- PROTOCOL.md lists where the ops differ from the routes, and how
sendRemoteCommand is answered.
- The LoopQueue hold comment covers protocol 2 replies and an unpair
held through a frequency scan.
- One shadeRequestIsForGroup() for the group cases; ProtoOps shares one
reader for "one or both" fields and one for ids, and the radio
refused text.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
shadeCommand, groupCommand, tiltCommand, repeatCommand, setPositions,
setSensor, setMyPosition, unpairShade, setRollingCode (types 16-24) are
read on async_tcp by ProtoOps and handed to loop() through the
LoopQueue, which replies once the request has run: ok, not found or
radio unavailable. A bad payload, a paused radio or a full queue is
answered straight away. sendRemoteCommand (25) touches nothing of the
shade model, so it goes to the radio from async_tcp like its route.
ShadeRequests::run() now says how a request went, not only whether
the radio took it. An op reads only the fields that were sent, so
setPositions can leave the tilt as it is. The shadeCommand event is
renamed shadeCommanded, since the op has the route's name.

From the review of #99:
- A sync could stall when a client took a slot the moment another left:
loop() used up the new client's sync on the old one. The slots move
to ProtoSlots, a pure module with native tests, and loop() takes a
slot's wants only for the client it read (takeWants).
- Deleting a group sends its shades, whose inGroup changed. Deleting a
shade unlinks it from its groups and sends them, so a new shade given
its id doesn't join them.
- next and sync with an id get an ok reply, and a message in pieces
gets one bad request, not one per piece.
- Feeds check for loop() before they write the event buffer, and log
an event too large, as events do.
- editChanges() (ModelEditor, native tests) says what clients get after
an edit; the edit result carries the shade a group gained or lost.
order() takes a sort_list_t.
- The frame writers move to ProtoFrame. Renames: pf to proto_field_t,
the X-macro letters to TYPE/FIELD/ERR/FEED, proto_request_t to
proto_message_t, REQ_* to WANTS_*, fmt to eventJson. The event
bodies share sendItem(), the connection type name lives in
ESPNetwork, and the loop() task check in SocketEmitter.
- e2e: the heap floor check skips when the low since boot is already
under it; tests for replies to next and sync and a long message.
- SECURITY_PLAN.md splits step 1 into 1a-1d.

A pytest suite run by hand against a device (test/e2e/README.md): hello, the schema and its hash, the sync with next and resync, replies to bad frames, feed subscriptions, the status event, every client syncing at once, a sixth client refused, a page load, and the socket under the device's security mode. It never transmits, changes settings or reboots. --record saves hello, the sync and the schema as fixtures.
PROTOCOL.md now describes the protocol as built.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
ADR 0005: the web UI and Home Assistant talk to the device over one
websocket protocol (ops on loop(), sync with next, a JSON envelope a
binary encoding can reuse, short keys described by a schema).
ADR 0006: two security modes and eleven HTTP routes on port 80.
ADR 0007: the firmware no longer updates itself from GitHub.
ADR 0002 is amended: its single-writer rule stands, but edits now get
one reply and reads no longer go through a ModelSnapshot.
SECURITY_PLAN.md is revised to match, and keeps the token key, login
backoff, CORS and Origin work. PROTOCOL.md starts as an outline, and
GLOSSARY.md gains the socket protocol and security terms.

KNOWN_ISSUES.md loses the fixed entries, and the open ones that are
worth fixing are now issues #77-#86, listed at the top. The three
finished plans go: the LoopQueue decisions nothing else recorded move
into ADR-0002's consequences, the shade behaviour plan's open items
become #85 and #86, and the comments that pointed at the plans now say
what they meant.

Review follow-up for #72.
- releaseAssetName() takes ConfigSettings::chipModel ("", "s3", "c3", "c6"),
so GitOTA no longer keeps its own chip switch. C3 keeps its name for when
the build comes back.
- hasFS is set only when this board's own LittleFS image is in the release.
isFsAsset() is gone; it also matched the old unsuffixed littlefs.bin, which
the updater no longer asks for.
- releaseAssetName() returns void: no caller checked the result and every
name fits currentFile.
- Both manual-upload hints name this board's file.
- KNOWN_ISSUES: the "Main" install can't work, the repo holds no .bin files.

IDF 4.4 gets no more security fixes, and the planned RMT radio needs
IDF 5's RMT driver. See docs/adr/0003-pioarduino-idf55.md.
- Every env on one pinned pioarduino release. C6 drops its own
library list and flags but stays a debug build on huge_app.
- Release envs build at CORE_DEBUG_LEVEL=2 so the ESP32 image fits its
1.5 MB OTA slot (17 KB free); debug envs stay at 3.
- Drop the C3: its image is 76.5 KB over the OTA slot on IDF 5.5.
- CI installs pioarduino's Core and checks firmware.bin against the app
partition, failing under 8 KB free. PlatformIO's "Flash:" figure
reads ~45 KB low and passed a C3 image that doesn't fit.
- esp_task_wdt_reconfigure(): on 3.x the core already starts the watchdog
and esp_task_wdt_init() fails, so the C6 build kept the 5 s default.
- An updated firmware is kept only once it has run 60 s with the
network up; a reset before then rolls back to the previous one.
- ETH.begin() takes the 3.x argument order; Arduino 2.x branches gone.

NTPSettings::apply() waited up to 5 s in getLocalTime() for a clock that
can't be set before the network is up, then returned before it set TZ.
Every cold boot was 5 s slower and ran without its time zone. It now
calls configTzTime(), which sets the zone and starts SNTP without
waiting, and save() goes through apply(). /setgeneral checked
ntpServer twice, so a request that changed only the zone was ignored.
A restore ignored the result of ShadeConfigFile::restore() and rebooted
either way, so a bad file failed with no word to the user. The /restore
reply now validates the file and answers 400, which the restore dialog
shows, and an incomplete upload gets a 400 instead of no reply. A
failed restore changes nothing, so loop() no longer reboots after one.
/shades.tmp, a full copy of the backup with its rolling codes, is
deleted after every restore and after /updateShadeConfig.
The 6 extra bytes in the 2026-10-18 backup: TRANS_REC_SIZE stayed 74
when noiseDetection was added to the 80-byte transceiver record, so
every backup since declares it short. It is 80 now. The size check
stays a warning so those backups still restore, and the sum moves to
expectedFileBytes() with tests. The repeater record length is checked
as a warning only, since validate() also runs on shades.cfg at boot.
Commands for an unknown shade, tilt or group now log a warning, and a
socket that never pinged says so. KNOWN_ISSUES.md is updated, including
the real cause of the ~365 ms loop stall (radio_tx busy-waits each frame
on loop()'s core).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The cold-boot 5 s wait in NTPSettings::apply() that also skips the time
zone, restores that reboot even when validation fails and leave
shades.tmp behind, the ~365 ms each moving shade command holds up
loop(), one unexplained slow /controller read, and three misleading or
missing log lines.

SECURITY_PLAN.md records the agreed design: an access table for port 80
and the 8081 alias, websocket handshake auth, CORS removal, a random
token key, /login throttling, and moving API and websocket to port 80.
KNOWN_ISSUES.md gets an entry for each open issue it fixes.

Firmware and UI files update separately, so an old index.js can run
against firmware that no longer returns secrets. It sends "" for the
field it can't fill in, which cleared the WiFi passphrase (reboot into
AP mode) or the MQTT password.
The firmware now decides: "" keeps the stored secret, unless the same
request changes the SSID or MQTT username, then it clears it (open
network). /setNetwork compares the settings after applying them, so a
kept passphrase no longer triggers a reboot. The UI cache-buster moves
to 3.0.14d.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The settings routes returned the WiFi passphrase, MQTT password and the
login password and PIN in plain text, and the debug log printed them and
the API key. Responses now carry hasPassphrase/hasPassword/hasPin flags,
logs mask the values, and an omitted secret keeps the stored one.
The UI loads secret fields empty and treats a blank field as "keep" while
the SSID or username is unchanged. Clearing a secret without changing the
SSID or username is listed in docs/KNOWN_ISSUES.md.

The restore skip, the short id range and the dropped group members move
from LOOP_QUEUE_PLAN.md's "still open" list to "fixed later". The Home
Assistant apikey item stays open until ESPSomfy-RTS-HA#4 merges.

Socket events that don't fit the static buffer are logged and not sent.
The state events are small (shadeState is about 400 bytes), but
remoteFrame lists up to 300 pulse timings and real frames already came
to 1.8-2.1 KB against the 2 KB buffer. MAX_SOCK_RESPONSE is now 4096 in
SocketEmitter.h, and a static_assert next to remoteFrame fails the build
if 300 pulses of 10 digits no longer fit. KNOWN_ISSUES.md closes the
entry with the bounds of every event.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The read routes leave out a room, shade, group or linked shade that
doesn't fit the 3 KB unit, without telling the client (KNOWN_ISSUES.md).
test_snapshot_limits fills a snapshot with the largest possible items and
checks every read document written with the real unit is identical to
the same document written with an unlimited one. The largest item, a
shade, is 1,097 bytes. The unit is now SNAPSHOT_UNIT_SIZE in
ModelSnapshot.h, used by Web.cpp and the tests.

onWaitingFrame only acts on a frame that isn't processed yet, and the
step rule in onFrame marks a step frame processed as soon as it arrives;
a repeat or synonym keeps the mark. So the "fixed 1% step of a held step
button" never ran. A new test pins what a held step button does: one
step by the frame's step size. SOMFY_SPLIT_PLAN.md is corrected.

esp32_huge_app.csv had a 0xD0000 file system where the release table has
0xE0000 at the same offset. LittleFS can grow but not shrink, so flashing
the debug build onto a device formatted by a release build failed the
lfs_fs_grow assert on every boot. The debug table now uses 0xE0000 and
moves the coredump into the 64 KB that was unused at the end of flash,
so both builds share one data layout. Devices formatted at 0xD0000 (debug,
esp32c6) grow on their next mount.

The web and group Up/Down put a tilt-only shade's lift back at 100, but a
remote's Up/Down/My, a group's My and the web's My while moving left a
lift that something had moved, and the simulation then ran it. Every
Up/Down/My path now pins the lift at 100 and acts on the tilt only.
Reconcile Q22 in SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md, which also records Q23 (the
integrated tilt turn-back) as deferred.

The 500 ms wait that tells a short press from a long one compared
now > await, so a press just before the wrap acted at once. It now
compares the wrap-safe difference. Reconcile Q21 in
SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md.

A SunFlag or Flag frame makes every group work its flags out again, but
the same command from a group only updated that group, so other groups
holding the shade kept stale sun flags. The group rule now reports the
sensor flags as the frame rule does. Reconcile Q20 in
SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The step rule read lastFrame.stepSize, which copy() never updates, so a
remote's step moved by whatever step size this shade last sent. It now
reads the frame's step size, 1 when the frame has none. Reconcile Q19 in
SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md.

Arriving at a lift target never cleared settingPos (the tilt arrival
clears settingTiltPos), so the next step or group move also sent a stop
when it arrived. A stop to a motor that has already stopped is a My,
which sends it to its favorite. Reconcile Q18 in SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md.

PR B of SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md. What a shade does with frames, commands,
group commands and radio events moves unchanged from SomfyShade into
ShadeBehaviour, which builds natively and is pinned by test_shadebehaviour.
ShadeBehaviour reads ShadeSettings and RemoteSettings, gets the time on
every input, and holds the motion state that other files now read through
state(). It sends through MotorLink and reports through ShadeEvents
(changes, commands, save wanted, sensor flags) as things happen.
SomfyShade wraps it: its MotorLink is SomfyRemote::sendCommandAfter, which
now leaves the sender out of the echo and radio hold because the module
hears its own frame. lastFrame stays shared with the send path.
ConfigFile writes through restore() and clearTilt(), SomfyShadeOps through
setPosition(). The pinning tests label where the copies of a rule disagree
"today:", for the reconcile phase.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The shade behaviour module (SHADE_BEHAVIOUR_PLAN.md, PR B) reads its
settings through read-only structs, so they get one home each:
RemoteSettings (flipCommands, bitLength, repeats) under SomfyRemote,
shared with groups, and ShadeSettings (types, travel times, step size,
flipPosition, simMy, sunSensor) under SomfyShade. Both are base structs,
so shade->upTime and group->repeats keep working.
A shade's flags byte is split by owner: simMy and sunSensor are settings,
light is a field, and the sun flag, sunny, windy, demo mode and lighted
bits are stateFlags. getFlags()/setFlags() put the byte together and take
it apart for the config file, JSON, MQTT, events and group flags, so
nothing saved or sent changes. Groups keep their own flags byte.

Records the design state for candidate #1 of the architecture review so a
new session can pick it up: the drifted Up/Down/My copies in SomfyShade.cpp,

topics waiting for round 2.

Code moves unchanged; only files and names change.
- entryPoints/WebUiRoutes.cpp: registerWebUiRoutes(), the port 80 routes
and the UI's files, with the helpers only they use.
- entryPoints/ApiRoutes.cpp: registerApiRoutes(), the port 8081 routes.
- entryPoints/Web.cpp keeps the servers' lifecycle, auth and the handlers
both route sets call; entryPoints/WebRoutes.h is what the three share.
- entryPoints/MQTT.* -> MqttConnection.*, class MQTTClass -> MqttConnection.
- outputs/SomfyMqtt.cpp -> outputs/MqttPublisher.cpp.
- outputs/Sockets.* -> outputs/SocketEmitter.*.
The subscribe and unsubscribe lists (the latter repeated
groups/+/direction/set) become MqttCommands' MQTT_COMMAND_TOPICS, and a
native test checks the parser takes every topic in it. GLOSSARY.md gains
MqttConnection and Change fan-out.
328 native tests. Flash: esp32devdbg +3,112 bytes (the routes are a second
ArduinoJson file), esp32dev -2,336 bytes.

The p_* setters and emitState() no longer publish or emit straight away:
they set SHADE_CHANGED_* / GROUP_CHANGED_* bits on the shade or group.
At the end of every loop() pass SomfyShadeController::sendChanges()
publishes the MQTT topics whose bits are set and sends one shadeState or
groupState, then clears the bits. emitState(evt) with an event name and
emitState(num) for one client still go out at once.
publishShadeTopics() (ShadeChanges.cpp, tested natively) writes the topics
from a shade snapshot; publishState() on connect uses it too. That fixes
MQTT position and target, a constant 50 since c94819e, and direction, a
constant 0 on connect. position and tiltPosition are now retained when
they change, as they were on connect, and a group whose flags change sends
one groupState instead of two. somfy_flags_t moves to ShadeTypes.h.
8 new native tests, 327 in all. Flash: esp32devdbg +196 bytes, esp32dev

The 19 routes that changed rooms, shades, groups and repeaters on the web
server task (add, save, delete, link and unlink, setPaired, the sort
orders) now copy their request into a model_edit_t, queue it on the
LoopQueue and reply {status:accepted, requestId:N}. loop() applies it
(SomfyJson.cpp, next to fromJSON) and broadcasts requestResult {requestId,
ok, id, code, desc}. One edit at a time; a second gets 503, a body over
4 KB gets 413.
ModelEditor.h/.cpp holds the rules, tested natively: the lowest free id,
the next sort order, a free remote address, adding to and removing from
the group-member and repeater lists, and the GPIO pin-conflict check. They
replace the getNext*Id/getMax*Order copies, the remote-address search,
the list code and the inline pin checks. The pin check now uses the
protocol being saved and checks every pin against Ethernet, not only up.
/getNextRoom, /getNextShade, /getNextGroup, /groupOptions and a new
/repeaters (the UI already called it) are ModelSnapshot reads.
The web UI's editJSON() sends an edit, waits for its requestResult, then
reads the item back from /shade, /group, /room or /repeaters, so the
callbacks that used the old reply bodies are unchanged. No result within
5 s offers a reload; reads and edits told Busy are retried. It now also
refreshes its lists on shadeAdded/shadeRemoved/groupAdded/groupRemoved
from other clients, and procRoomRemoved keeps the right rooms.
Also fixed: a shade that fails validation is no longer added; linked
repeaters and sort orders are saved; linking reports a full list.
27 new native tests, 319 in all. Flash: esp32devdbg -11,484 bytes,
esp32dev -7,180 bytes.

/controller, /discovery, /rooms, /shades, /groups, /room, /shade and /group
now take a SnapshotSlots slot, queue a fill on the LoopQueue and send a
chunked response whose body waits (RESPONSE_TRY_AGAIN) until loop() has
copied the shade model into the slot. SnapshotWriter then streams the
document from that copy a unit at a time, so each document describes one
moment. At most two reads run at once; a third gets 503. A slot's 5.6 KB
snapshot is allocated only while a read holds it, and its atomic state
decides whether loop() or the read frees it when the read goes away first.
The JSON of each item is unchanged and now lives in ModelSnapshot.cpp,
where the native tests check it. Replies still written on the web server
task copy their one item with SomfySnapshot.cpp, so serializing a group
no longer calls updateFlags(), which emitted groupState and published MQTT
from async_tcp.
Also: every read route is chunked and leaves out an item too big for its
3 KB unit, like /controller did; /discovery drops its timing log; the
SOMFY_MAX_* limits move to ShadeTypes.h.

HTTP routes and MQTT commands now both build a shade request and submit it
to the LoopQueue, which loop() drains into ShadeRequests. ShadeRequests
finds the shade or group, turns client positions into stored ones, checks
ranges and fills in default repeats, and reaches the shades through the
ShadeOps seam: SomfyShadeOps on the device, a recording fake in the native
tests. MqttCommands turns a .../set topic into a shade request.
Behaviour that changes:
- MQTT tiltTarget, mypos, myTiltPos and tiltPosition, and /setPositions,
now honour flipPosition like the other routes.
- MQTT mypos keeps the favorite tilt (was set to 0) and myTiltPos keeps
the favorite lift.
- repeat 0 on /shadeCommand means no repeats, as it did for groups; a
JSON repeat over 127 is capped instead of wrapping to the default.
- Position corrections go through the setters, so MQTT publishes them.
- MQTT commands wait while the radio is full instead of being refused.
- The queue is drained every loop() pass and no longer from inside a
GitHub firmware download.
WebCommand.h is replaced by LoopQueue.h and ShadeRequests.h. 45 new native
tests, 271 in all. Flash: esp32devdbg +976 bytes, esp32dev +1,380 bytes.
