cjkas 4ee711f060 docs: record the issues found in the 2026-10-18/19 serial logs ... The cold-boot 5 s wait in NTPSettings::apply() that also skips the time zone, restores that reboot even when validation fails and leave shades.tmp behind, the ~365 ms each moving shade command holds up loop(), one unexplained slow /controller read, and three misleading or missing log lines.
