Add a startup page with the Melpomene name that requires a click to trigger the reader.

Before click:

Commands should always be displayed
"Click to start reading" should be displayed
Webcomic name should be displayed
No keys should work
No images should load

After click

Setup global keys callbacks
Hide commands help
