cjkas c8d774be7d chore: remove unused ESP-IDF, SVD and template files ... Drop files the Arduino PlatformIO build never reads: the ESP32 SVD, the ESP-IDF CMakeLists/idf_component.yml, the PlatformIO template READMEs, and the already-ignored debug.cfg.
