c0cdf93747 docs: point to the files Somfy.cpp was split into 
Add the Somfy.cpp split plan with phases 0 and 1 marked done, what the
split taught about flash size in the debug build, and the phase 2 work
still open. KNOWN_ISSUES.md now names the new files.
