Records the design state for candidate #1 of the architecture review so a
new session can pick it up: the drifted Up/Down/My copies in SomfyShade.cpp,
the echo path through SomfyRemote::sendCommandAfter, what steps 1-5 already
did, round 1 of the design questions with the recommended answers, and the
topics waiting for round 2.
